EYFS Teacher Required

Mad 4 Recruitment are working in partnership with a primary school in Crewe, who are looking to recruit quality EYFS Primary Teachers to join our team.
As an Early Years Teacher you will be responsible for providing the children with the fundamental skills in which they can further develop to reach their true potential. You will provide a safe fun learning environment which stimulates the children’s learning. You will encourage children’s creative development and be able to observe, monitor and assess pupil progress.
What do you need to have:
· ECT, QTS – Primary qualified (PGCE, GTP or Bachelor of Education)
· Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
· Have the ability and experience of teaching in a primary school setting
· Have strong classroom management skills
· Be engaging, fun and flexible where needed
· Able to deal with challenging behaviour
· Creative and passionate, with a patient and calm approach.
· Bring new ideas, be adaptable and build excellent working relationships
