Building on this success; we are currently in the process of increasing our supply team and are actively looking for Teaching Support staff on an ad-hoc and long-term basis; who are happy to work in all key stages and 1:1 and live locally to Stoke, Newcastle and the Staffordshire Moorlands areas.
As a supply Teaching Assistant, your main role will be to support the teaching staff and to work with other support staff to enhance the development and education of pupils. We are actively searching for individuals who can inspire children to learn, provide an enjoyable learning experience and develop excellent working relationships.
What you need
- Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ
- A positive approach to challenge and change
- Can be engaging, fun and flexible where needed
- Are creative and enthusiastic, with a patient and calm approach.
- Can bring innovative ideas, be adaptable and build excellent working relationships
